One email a month for people who run a trade or a service business in the South Bay and would rather not think about their website more than they have to.

What is in it

• What changed. Google and the AI assistants keep moving how they find and recommend local businesses. When a change actually matters for a plumber or a landscaper, it goes here, in plain terms.
• One thing to fix. A single, specific defect worth checking on your own site that month, with how to check it yourself. Not a list of ten.
• Offers, when there are any. Subscribers hear about current offers first (2 running now).

What is not in it

No daily drip, no “just checking in”, no selling in every paragraph. If a month has nothing worth saying, there is no issue that month. The unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email works on the first click, and this list is never used for text messages.
